1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 2024pub ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 2024pub platform, including but not limited to its website at https://2024pub.net, all associated games, betting services, promotional tools, and account management features (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 2024pub Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, consistent with the minimum legal gambling age under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
• You are physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling platforms is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through the 2024pub platform or imposed by PAGCOR or any other gambling regulatory authority.
• You have not previously had a 2024pub account suspended or permanently closed by the Company for violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of 2024pub or any of its affiliated entities.

2024pub reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any time. Failure to satisfactorily complete verification may result in suspension of account access and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

You may register only one (1) account on the 2024pub Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device configurations — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 2024pub employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 2024pub strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You agree to notify 2024pub support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 2024pub shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Account Sharing

Your 2024pub account is personal to you and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other individual. Account sharing is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

2024pub currently accepts deposits via the following approved channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change at 2024pub's discretion. All PHP-denominated transactions are processed at face value with no conversion fee applied by 2024pub.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit at 2024pub is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment channel and account tier. 2024pub reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits in connection with responsible gaming tools requested by the player or applied by the Company under its regulatory obligations.

4.3 Own Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your 2024pub account are your own personal funds, obtained through lawful means, and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 2024pub does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

4.4 Failed or Disputed Deposits

If a deposit does not appear in your 2024pub wallet within the expected processing timeframe, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number. 2024pub will investigate but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals from your 2024pub account are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account has completed KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements associated with deposited funds have been satisfied; (c) your account is in good standing and not subject to any investigative hold or restriction; and (d) the requested withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold.

5.2 Processing Times

2024pub aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days from the time the request is approved. E-wallet withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed faster than bank transfer requests. Actual crediting timelines may vary depending on the receiving financial institution or e-wallet provider.

5.3 Withdrawal to Registered Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This is a security and anti-money-laundering requirement. 2024pub reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

5.4 Withholding of Withdrawals

2024pub reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse review, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. The Company will communicate the reason for any such hold to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentive programs offered by 2024pub are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts. These specific terms are displayed on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable promotion page, all bonuses issued by 2024pub are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Wagering requirement details, including the applicable multiplier and eligible games, are specified for each promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

2024pub employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registration of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematic low-risk wagering designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, use of bots or automated betting tools, and collusion between players. Detected bonus abuse will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

2024pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring terms already accepted by eligible players prior to such modification.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on the 2024pub Platform — including slot games, live dealer tables, crash games such as Aviator, specialty games such as Bingo, and all sports betting markets — is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface or betting slip. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms.

All casino games on the 2024pub Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer formats supplied by licensed third-party game providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and house edge information are available within each game's information panel.

Any attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, or loopholes in the Platform's games or systems constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings obtained through such exploitation.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2024pub Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information
• Creating or using more than one account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any criminal activity
• Deliberately exploiting game malfunctions or software errors
• Charging back deposits made to 2024pub through your payment provider
• Selling, transferring, or acquiring a 2024pub account from another person
• Using the Platform while subject to an active self-exclusion order

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 2024pub Platform — including but not limited to the 2024pub brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, game artwork, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of 2024pub or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of 2024pub.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

2024pub collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at 2024pub.net/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

2024pub implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Notwithstanding these measures, no digital transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

2024pub may be required by law or PAGCOR regulation to share certain player data with government authorities, including PAGCOR, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), or the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Such disclosures will be made strictly in compliance with applicable Philippine law.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 2024pub, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.

2024pub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 2024pub account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 2024pub's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your 2024pub account at any time by contacting our player support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of identity verification and applicable withdrawal processing times.

13.2 Termination by 2024pub

2024pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by PAGCOR or another regulatory authority; (c) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with your account; or (d) you provide false identity information.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform immediately terminates. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law provisions — shall continue to apply after closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

2024pub operates under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved directly with 2024pub's player support team, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority.

Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first contact 2024pub's support team at [email protected] and allow a period of thirty (30) calendar days for the Company to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith. The Company will acknowledge your complaint within five (5) business days of receipt.

15 Amendments to These Terms

2024pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 2024pub will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage, with a minimum of seven (7) calendar days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

The date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last updated. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
